The Kitchen area Stage is a working global kitchen area where food is cooked, tasted, debated and celebrated.  Skillet-cooked onion, squash, and bell peppers; warmed black beans and chili powder; and a few warm tortillas arrive jointly to make a delicious and easy veggie taco dinner.
